Approved members do not land on a marketplace. UNX Code sends private invites aligned with capacity and skills.
Each invite carries permitted details, a deadline, and accept / decline / structured negotiate. Server time owns expiry; client countdown is display-only.
Accepting an invite is not self-starting a project. Activation waits for operator start and capability-scoped access.
Unknown capabilities deny. Revoked membership tears down access fail-closed.
